- AMEC Black & McDonald (ABM) requested that SayleGroup facilitate a corporate-level risk assessment with the intention of identifying areas for improvement within the existing QHSE Management System.
- Based on the findings, SayleGroup revamped and integrated ABM’s entire QHSE Management System and introduced new Element and SWP documents that made the overall program more robust.
